RATES & CANCEL POLICY
For any reservation, the rates are according the period and the days of staying.

CANCEL POLICY:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Deposit the guest must pay
The guest will be charged a prepayment/30% deposit of the total price in the 60 days before arrival.
Non show fee (non arrival), is 100% of total stay
If the visitor makes a reservation for more than 60 days prior to arrival, he must pay the deposit up to 60 days prior to his arrival.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00
Check-out from 10:00 to 12:00
Special offer Genius guests:
Late Check-out Priority – Genius guests can check out 2 hours after the scheduled check-out time (if it's available).
Early Check-In Priority - Genius guests can check in 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time (if it's available)
Pets
Pets are allowed on request, no extra charges.

Cash preferable (-10% on the reservation cost-secure booking only by credit card)
